Inspiration
for this series originated with the iron railings
created during the 1930's in 'Old Miami Beach'. This was a special flavor of Art Deco dubbed
Tropical Art Deco which incorporated things thought of as 'tropical': palm trees,
flamingos, and ocean waves.
