Fire screen for a Rumford style fireplace at a
mountain residence. The steel hearth plate is cantilevered over the
existing rock work in front of the opening and dies into the rocks on
either side. The door has been fabricated with a slight radius to
match the contour of the fireplace. All welds have been either flush
or die ground. The surface treatment is brushed steel with a black
wash.
