A Country French style stair and balcony
balustrade for a vacation home on the Oregon coast. The stair balustrade becomes discontinuous as
it turns the corner at the second landing, and is laid up from flat and round bar
stock with blank rosettes at the panel focal points. All welds have been detailed to
form a smooth transition between members. The handrail is oak with an oval profile,
and seems to flow down the faux finished verdi gres ironwork. Outside, (not shown)
the balustrades carry on the theme and are powder coated to match an exterior
